SKYCITY INDUSTRIAL SECTOR (FDM)

Straight from June's Patreon comes this SkyCity Industrial Sector. This set makes a Large Industrial Freezing Unit used to prepare the Juruna Gas for transportation off-world. It can be arranged into a lot of different set-up as it's modular
This set contains 26 parts and an OpenLOCK clip that connects all the parts together with a satisfying click. It uses the OpenLOCK system by printablescenery.com, like all my SkyCity Terrain, and the Arctic stuff too. There are going to be plenty of new expansions out on my Patreon, like this, and the whole set will build into something varied and huge when they come to my Gumroad store.
Each piece is sculpted with detail and precision, and will print on an FDM printer. Most of the parts will print without supports, but the ramps need a support to print correctly, and all parts are orientated already for the best printing. I don't recommend this set for SLA printing, due to it's size, but if you have a big printer, it might work, maybe. I have some great FDM settings with which to print this set that give excellent detail and quality, but at a greatly reduced time (24% faster than usual at that layer height):

Layer Height: 0.12 mm

Initial Layer Height: 0.12 mm

Build Plate Adhesion: RAFT

Use Adaptive Layers: True

Wall Thickness: 0.8 mm

Infill Density:  5 %

Infill Pattern: Lines

Printing Temperature: 210.0 C  (I use Sun PLA+ and this is a good temperature for that, you might want to adjust it according to your PLA manufacturers recommended temperature)

Inner Wall Speed: 50 mm/s

Turn on Ironing if you want some good flat surfaces, but this will add a little bit of extra time.
